What this service is
Enpso is software for measuring employee engagement. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. The free planning and eNPS tools on this site, and the paid workspace that keeps the rounds, scores and actions you save, are the whole of the service. It is not an appraisal system, a payroll system, an HRIS, or advice about what to do with a result. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Enpso Pro, sold to businesses by Ellul Solutions Ltd, which is the legal entity you contract with and the name that appears on your card statement and your receipt. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Enpso charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Enpso never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The free tools
The free planning and calculation tools on this site are provided as working tools for the person who runs an engagement programme. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter and nothing else. They do not replace your own judgement about what to ask, your obligations to the people you survey, or advice from your own counsel about confidentiality and data protection.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. We do not warrant that a survey designed with them is fit for any particular purpose, that a response rate will be achieved, or that a result means what you take it to mean; the arithmetic is only as good as the numbers you put in.
