Should you buy a full people platform instead?
If you want performance reviews, goals, compensation and career frameworks in one system, buy a people platform and pay for it. Enpso is for the company whose problem is narrower: run the round, read it honestly per team, and finish what you said you would do, without a per seat fee that scales faster than the value does.
